World Of Warcraft May have microtransactions soon

World of Warcraft is the long-running MMO and it’s still showing no sings of slowing down.

Microtransactions started out in free-to-play games but now publishers are cramming them in paid-games and it seems that World of Warcraft is the next game to introduce microtransactions.

However, it’s unknown how Blizzard Entertainment will handle microtransactions in the game given that it’s an online multiplayer game and giving player gameplay advantages with microtransactions will cause serious problems.

It’s highly-likely that microtransaction in the game will be cosmetic items only if the developers are really considering cramming them inside a paid game.
