“EDIT: Game seems to be working now! Please close your support tickets on Steam so as to not tie them down for the guys with outstanding issues. Also report here if you are still having problems. Unlocks seem to be happening around 6:30pm in each respective affected time zone, so if your game hasn’t unlocked, it will likely unlock at 6:30pm in your time.”
While most of us have been loving Splint Crcell: Blacklist PC gamers have been kicking and screaming, both the uPlay and Steam version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist wouldn’t launch in many territories, PCgamesN reports.

- South Africa
- Bermuda
- Indonesia
- Israel
- Taiwan
- Singapore
- Vietnam
- UAE
- Qatar
- Jordan
- Cyprus
- Serbia
- Europe (only a few places in Europe.)
- Pakistan (Karachi)
They also tried contacting Valve and posting on Ubisoft’s forums, UAE resident AJax7 said:
“What infuriates me is the lack of communication on Valve’s part despite the large number of people affected by this. Three days later and we still have no idea what’s the reason for this delay. At least some Ubisoft mods have responded and said they’re looking into it.”
