Is Sledgehammer Games currently working on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4? Or, at least, the next Modern Warfare title? Well, if a LinkedIn profile is to be believed, that seems to be the case.
More specifically, we’re talking about Sledgehammer Games senior video game effects artist Rob Valdivia’s LinkedIn profile, in which he mentions that he’s responsible for “developing photo real visual effects for the next Call of Duty – Modern Warfare release.”
This brings up several interesting questions: is the Black Ops series pretty much done for at this point? What will Treyarch be working on, if that’s the case? I’m sure this won’t be the last we hear of this.
