The Xbox One currently doesn’t support any other hard drive, especially not ones with a larger capacity. But one modder has managed to replace the hard drive with a bigger one and he claims that the Xbox One is now running faster. Booting to the main screen is about 10% quicker and loading a level in Call of Duty: Ghosts is 20% faster.
Just a warning, though, that this will void your warranty so make sure you keep that in mind should you want to try it. The modder has said that he still needs to figure out how to partition the drive to be able to utilize its maximum capacity.
