A GameSpot poll has revealed that PS4 owners are more satisfied than Xbox One owners.
Between December 5 and December 10, 3950 GameSpot and GameFAQs users were surveyed and were asked to grade their level of satisfaction on a scale of 1-10. PS4 owners averaged at 8.71 out of 10 while Xbox One owners averaged at 8.20 out of 10. No one admitted to being “extremely dissatisfied”. 39% of PS4 owners were “extremely satisfied” while 33% of Xbox One owners felt the same way. 28% of PS4 owners gave the console a 9/10 whereas 22% of Xbox One owners gave their console the same score. The lowest score PS4 received was 4/10 whereas the lowest score Xbox One received by 2% of respondents was 3/10.
Overall, it seems that buyers of both consoles are generally happy with their purchase.
