Sony’s next-gen console the PlayStation 4 is almost here. In just a few days, the fortunate people who pre-ordered one will be able to bask in next-gen glory.
Now, for those who can’t wait, or haven’t successfully pre-ordered one, Spike TV will be broadcasting the PS4’s all access launch event in New York where the publisher is set to unveil a few surprises.
One of these surprises is about Bungie’s Destiny. In a tweet, Spike TV host Geoff Keighley mentioned that we’ll see “exclusive new look” at the shooter, and that the studio will also make a” special announcement” at the event, too.

Could it be Destiny’s release date? If I had to wager a guess, it’s either that, more exclusive content coming to the PS4 or that Destiny’s beta will hit the PS4 first. Either way, Bungie fans should keep an eye out.
