The first update for Battlefield 4 on PlayStation 4 has been pushed out according to the Battlelog forums. It has been said that this fixes a number of “common crashes” and should reduce the amount of crashes and increase the overall stability of the game. DICE are said to be improving stability as they move forward.
The game patch update on the PlayStation 4 includes the following changes:
Fixed common crashes that could occur when changing weapons or mapsReduced the probability of a corrupted save file in the single player campaignFixed a crash occurring when resuming the single player campaignFixed a bug where accessing PlayStation Plus subscription resulted in a connection errorImproved performance when shooting at destroyed Levolution objectsHopefully this does indeed fix some of the problems that the PlayStation 4 users are experiencing, Battlefield 4 is a very good game, it just needs to get rid of all the weird bugs that they are having at the minute. I am very impressed by the number of patches which are being pushed out to us so far though.
