Well, that was quick. Just a few minutes ago, we posted that another of Battlefield 4′s expansions has its titled leaked again.
It seems, this isn’t really a leak, but info that EA was preparing to send to the press…along with a few other things.
In a press release sent by EA, the publisher has confirmed that Battlefield 4 will be coming to both the PlayStation 4 and the recently-announced, Xbox One and will be available later this year.
The highly-anticipated action blockbuster Battlefield 4™ will be available this holiday for early-adopters of the next-generation hardware systems: Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and the PlayStation®4
In addition to that, “China Rising” will be a bonus for those who pre-order the game. According to EA:
Players that pre-order Battlefield 4 will receive the Battlefield 4 China Rising premium digital expansion pack at no additional cost*. In this sprawling expansion, players fight for dominance across the vast and majestic Chinese mainland in four massive multiplayer maps, using all-new vehicles and high-tech military equipment. Separately, players that pre-order the Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe exclusively on Origin™ will receive the base game, bonus in-game digital items, the Battlefield 4 China Risingdigital expansion pack and access to the exclusive Battlefield 4 multiplayer beta*.”
There you have it. So, now you just have to decide whether you’re going to get Battlefield 4 on the PC, current-gen consoles or on next-gen.
