Square Enix’s Final Fantasy V is now available for download on the App Store. It is available for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices for a cool $15.99. Ouch.
You can take a look at the trailer below, but it reveals that this version is based on the 2006 Game Boy Advance release. Therefore, this version of Final Fantasy V will come packed with the Sealed Temple dungeon, as well as the optional Enuo boss. In addition, there are new character designs and graphical tweaks thanks to FF sprite artist Kazuko Shibuya.
The Android version of FFV will make its way to Japan this summer. Way to have people pay through the nose for a 21 year old game, Square Enix.
