Battlelog’s Assistant Producer Jesper Nielsen has revealed that the Battlefield 4 Battlescreen won’t work on PS3 or Xbox 360.
The Battlelog has a Battlescreen feature that generates a player’s current, live map on tablets, smartphones and PCs. However, this is only possible if we’re playing the game on the PS4, Xbox One or PC. ”Battlelog is powered by the web, and that has a lot of implications. There are a lot of different things you can do, things you can do faster, rather than building stuff in native code,” says Nielsen.
Other than standard stats, Battlelog will also include regional leaderboards, and the ability for players to build weapons loadouts on a secondary screen either before starting the game or the waiting time in between deaths. Players will also be able to change servers during the game.
