Major Nelson not concerned about Titanfall being a timed exclusive

Authored by

Ever since developer Respawn announced that Titanfall would make its way to the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC, many have wondered whether the game would remain available solely for those platforms or whether it would eventually make its way to the PlayStation 4. Xbox Live director of programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb does not seem too concerned either way.

Responding to a question about that very idea, Major Nelson replied, “As far as being an exclusive that’s really a question for Titanfall — I’m not worried about it though.” The confidence seems to stem from the idea that Microsoft is probably giving Respawn quite a bit of money in order to keep Titanfall on Microsoft’s platforms.

Only time will tell what will happen, but as of right now, Titanfall is set for a 2014 release for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.

  1. That game sure looks fun. But for not having a SP and not enough footage shown it ain’t worth my 60 bucks even if it comes on PS4. EA being sneaky again with their DRM?

  2. I’m really into photography and would quite like a job involving it however i do NOT want to take pictures of people (weddings and stuff), i like taking arty/creative pictures. I also love writing and I have been thinking of writing for a teenage magazine and hopefully being able to get photography in there as well. Has anybody got any ideas on what job I could do that involves my kind of photography and writing and how I could get there. At the moment I’m 16..
