Gamers given chance to have their likeness in a painting for Assassin’s Creed IV

Authored by

Ubisoft will be giving 137 European gamers the chance to have their likeness shown in the form of a painting inspired by Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

Before you ask, it will be a real-life painting, not an in-game one, and the painting will portray a naval battle. It will be an 18th century style oil-painting, painted by the Beaux-Arts school in Paris. The 2.3 x 4.5 meter canvas will be shown off at France’s Musee de la Marine gallery between November 4 (my birthday!) and December 3, as well as online for the world to see.

According to Ubisoft, all people have to do is send in an image of themselves:

To becoming part of Assassin’s Creed history, simply send images of yourself expressing as much emotion and passion as you can muster.

That means no duck faces, ladies and gentlemen. Hit up the source link to learn more.
