Battlefield 3 End Game has a flying Pterodactyl as an Easter Egg

Just yesterday, we showed you an Easter Egg for Battlefield 2143 that was somewhat hidden in Battlefield 3′s End Game expansion.

Now, content producer Westie has found yet another Easter Egg and this one is yet another tease for the much-coveted dino mode for Battlefield 3!

Don’t believe me? Watch in the video below as a Pterodactyl flies over the jets dogfighting in Air Superiority mode.

So is this a hint that a DLC containing dinosaurs are in store for Battlefield 3? Seeing as DICE has made it public that End Game is the last one, I wouldn’t count on it.

Of course, there is the chance that DICE is doing all these for Battlefield 4! Can you imagine a dino mode in BF4 where you’ll need the help of an entire squad (or more) to take out a big-ass dino? Yeah, the thought of it excites me already.

Would you want dinosaurs in Battlefield 4? Or should they concentrate on a “proper” expansion first?

  1. This is funny! DICE must just sit in their Swedish office, thinking up ways to troll the Battlefield community! Ahhh well, maybe BF4 will see some dino-action. (Me thinks not!)

    • I honestly think they’re going to do something like this for BF4. They’ve asked feedback on it and have received positive feedback so far, right?

  2. Yes they should have dino mode make it like Zombies though but instead of zombies waves of dinos

    • I’d love that. Maybe have an entire squad review, supply ammo, etc. to combat dinos!
